I suffered with colds constantly on and off all year last year, recently I have had minor migraines and headaches and my sinuses are killing me. My friend said that I could have sinusitis which she suffers from regularly. Do you think I could be suffering from this and if so how can I treat it without paying a lot of money? I am going to try and see the doctor later today about it but they are not very sympathetic and I fear they won’t help.

I have occasional bouts with sinusitis and sinus infections from flying and traveling from one climate to another within days. This causes face pain, headaches and dizziness as a result of fullness in the ears. The only option physicians seem to offer is antibiotics (up to fourteen days’ worth at a time) and decongestants. I understand though that taking antibiotics too often can wear down the natural immune system. Any alternatives?

i have the worst hayfever, sinuses and allergies, i find it reall hard to sleep at night my noses are blocked all day everyday, it there a natural way to help feel better. i have tried alomst every nasal spray and i hate them all except on which is called Nasonex which reallly reallly works but its about $60 australian dollars. Do u have any ideas to help treat sinus and allergies preferably natural treatments
