Woke up early this morning and my sinus pressure is painful, and then on top of that, my throat is somewhat in pain. What can help me overcome this illness quickly and cheaply with out the help of prescriptions? E.G. Veggies, fruits, vitamins, soup? I want to be fine for thanksgiving! Please kindly help me… Thanks- kevin

So i’m just recovering from a bad cold. But i still have unequal pressure in my right ear (the kind of feeling like when you’re on a plane). so yesterday i tried plugging my nose and blowing up my cheeks to pop it. It kind of worked but it made my forehead like right above the spot in between my eye brows hurt. It still hurts today. What did i do? How can i fix it? Is it just a sinus pressure headache?

I have glaucoma in my left eye with two baervedlt implants which are keeping the pressure steady, but I want to know if having any kind of sinus congestion could affect the pressure with or without the implants in.

I get really bad sinus pressure and pain along with migraines. I can take advil for the migraines by i was curioius what product is good for relieving sinus pressure and pain. right now i use vicks sinex nasal spray. alavert and Ayr saline nasal rinse kit.

I just read someone elses question about sinus pressure and she seemed to be experiencing the same thing. Even sore neck, which made me to believe it was tension headache. Any more ideas?
I don’t have a stuffy nose or anythigng that would seem to accompany sinus. It’s just the headache. I’ve tried the sinus rinse before and it hasn’t done anything. There are 3 differnet Doctors who have allt old me it’s Sinus, that it’s just trapped up there…so I’m going to try the tea thing. I tried the hot compress on my face and head but it didn’t work

I feel pressure over 2/3 of my head. The right half of my face feels like it is sinus pressure. But my nose is not stuffy. … Does sinus pressure have to come with stuffiness / drainage? Or can you have the pressure without the yucky stuff?
