what is the best medicine to relieve sinus pressure and pain?

I get really bad sinus pressure and pain along with migraines. I can take advil for the migraines by i was curioius what product is good for relieving sinus pressure and pain. right now i use vicks sinex nasal spray. alavert and Ayr saline nasal rinse kit.

The saline rinse kit will help but taking an over the counter decongestant might work better.
I use Mucinex-D. It is a decongestant that opens sinuses and it is also an expectorant that thins out mucus. Its usually swelling and thickened mucus that cause sinus congestion. You could also try our Zyrtec to see if it works better than Alavert – they are very similar, but sometimes people do better with one or the other.
